We want you to be completely satisfied with your new jewelry piece.

To start the exchange process, shoot us an email at info@artifexjewelry.com with your full name, order number, size needs, your return address, and anything else we should know. 

All jewelry products (excluding sale items and custom pieces) may be exchanged or resized within 10 days of receiving your order. Jewelry must be unworn, and in original condition with original packaging. 

We offer one free resizing per order. 

*Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Returns

You may request a full refund for non-sale and non-custom orders within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition with original packaging. 

*Refunds are subject to a $20 handling fee. 

*Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

*We are not liable for any losses during transportation in the return process. Please use a mailing service that includes full insurance, just in case. 

*Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
